Colonial Management Group, LP, is currently searching for a Part-Time Administrative and Security Assistant.
Candidates must be able to work the following schedule: Wednesdays through Fridays from 5:00 am to 11:30 am and Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 am to 10 am.
Candidates must be able to pass a credit check, background check and drug screening.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as an initial point of reference on the phone and in the reception area as required.
Checks patients in & collects funds for the patient''s dose.
Assists in monitoring all patient activities in the premises of the center.
Monitors and maintains all aspects of internal health/safety/security issues including welfare of patients and staff.
Assists in answering phones and providing customer service.
Ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal rules, regulations and policies.
Assist Program Director in community relations activities.
Distributes faxes and the upkeep of the administrative files, reports, and personnel files.
Maintains adequate supplies for office and office equipment.
Performs end of day clinic walk through to ensure all clients are out of the building and have left the area.
Candidate must be compassionate towards people dealing with recovery.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Cash Handling Experience is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel and Outlook).
Basic Mathematics skills required .
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality, discretion and integrity.
Demonstrates an independent work initiative, sound judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience working in an office environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
